What is Body Altar? Body Altar is a plant-powered body contouring skincare brand. Our products are formulated with clinical-grade active concentrations designed to visibly smooth, sculpt, and renew your skin — no appointments, no needles, no complicated routines. Just a daily ritual that works.

 

Who is Body Altar for? Anyone who wants smoother, firmer, more radiant skin. Our customers range from new moms working on stretch marks to women targeting cellulite or looking for a more defined waistline. If you've ever felt like drugstore products don't do enough and spa treatments cost too much, Body Altar was made for you.

 

Is Body Altar cruelty-free? Yes. We never test on animals. Our formulas are plant-powered and made with ingredients you can feel good about.

 

Where are your products made? Our products are formulated and manufactured in the United States.

 


PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS

 

What products do you carry? We currently offer three core treatments — the Cellulite Reducer, the Stretchmark Eraser, and the Slimming Treatment — plus bundles that let you build a full body ritual at a better price.

 

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulas are designed to be gentle yet effective. That said, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full application. If you have specific skin conditions or concerns, please consult your dermatologist before use.

 

Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding? We recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare product during pregnancy or nursing.

 

How long does one jar last? With daily use on the recommended area, one jar typically lasts 4–6 weeks depending on coverage area and application amount.

 

When will I see results? Most customers notice visible improvements within 7–14 days of consistent daily use. For best results, we recommend using your product as part of a daily ritual for at least 30 days.

 

Can I use multiple Body Altar products at the same time? Absolutely — that's what our bundles are designed for. Many customers use the Cellulite Reducer on their thighs, the Slimming Treatment on their midsection, and the Stretchmark Eraser wherever they need it. They're formulated to complement each other.

 

How do I apply the products? Apply to clean, dry skin. Use circular, upward motions and massage thoroughly until fully absorbed. For the best results, apply once daily — most customers prefer after a shower when skin is warm and pores are open.

 


ORDERS & SHIPPING

 

How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders ship within 24 hours.

 

How long does shipping take? Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of shipment (often quicker though). International orders arrive within 10–25 business days depending on your location.

 

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination.

 

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $90. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Will my order come in one package? Most orders ship in a single package. Larger orders may occasionally arrive in separate packages 1–2 business days apart.

 

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Our team works fast — orders can ship within 24 hours. If you catch an error, email us immediately at support@bodyaltar.com with your name and order number. We'll do everything we can, but we can't guarantee changes once a package leaves our facility. We can always be reached via the chat bubble on our website too!

 

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. 

 

My tracking number isn't working — what's going on? Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. For international orders, tracking may not update once the package enters your country's postal system. If your domestic tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

 

The tracking says delivered but I don't have my package. For U.S. orders, please first check with neighbors, your front desk, or any secondary delivery locations. If you still can't locate it, contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to open a case at your local post office. Then email us — we'll work with you to make it right.
