BODY ALTAR® RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident trying Body Altar. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
What qualifies:
Products that caused an adverse skin reaction (please include a photo and brief description so we can improve our formulations), items that arrived damaged, leaking, or defective, and orders where you received the wrong product. Unopened, unused products in original packaging are always eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
What doesn't qualify:
Products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial amount (more than 25% of the container), items returned after 30 days from delivery, and bundle or promotional items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to start a return:
Email support@bodyaltar.com with your order number and a brief note about what happened. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund timing:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
We're happy to exchange for a different product or the same item if yours arrived damaged. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged in transit:
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
